Once your cargo arrives, we issue a pickup notice and you collect it from the destination US warehouse (Los Angeles, Oakland, Houston, Savannah, New York/JFK, or Chicago) anytime during business hours. You get 7 days of free storage from the pickup notice, with no last-mile delivery fee.
Standard documents include the commercial invoice and packing list, HS/HTS codes for each item, the bill of lading (issued after sailing), the ISF 10+2 filing for US customs, and an importer of record / customs bond. For dangerous goods, add MSDS and DG declaration. Uasent prepares and submits all shipping documents on your behalf and can coordinate the formal export declaration with your Chinese supplier for VAT rebate.
